For families just starting out. We assess your child’s skills, create a plan and teach you the basics of working with your child at home.
One-on-one work with an ABA therapist. We focus on communication, behavior, play and daily living skills.
Regular sessions where you work with your child under therapist guidance. Learn how to continue development independently.
Small groups where we practice play, communication and peer interaction in a safe environment.
About us and our team
Srdce Autizmu is a non-profit organization founded in 2018. Our team consists of experienced therapists led by Mgr. Ivana Trellová, PhD., BCBA – one of the few certified behavior analysts in Slovakia. We’ve helped more than 150 families on their journey.
Besides working directly with children, we also educate parents and professionals. We organize training and seminars focused on ABA methods and support teachers directly in schools, so children can progress in everyday settings.

What is ABA and is it right for my child?
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a science-based approach to teaching new skills and behavior. It’s suitable for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders. Whether ABA is right for your child – we’re happy to discuss at an initial meeting.
How do we start after receiving a diagnosis?
We recommend starting with our First Aid service. Over four sessions, we assess your child’s skills, create a plan and teach you the basics of working at home. It’s the ideal start for families who don’t know where to begin.
How much do your services cost?
Prices vary by service type. First Aid (8 hours) costs €600, individual intervention €40/hour, parent consultations €60/hour. Costs can also be covered through grants or 2 % of tax donations.
How often should we attend therapy?
It depends on the service and your child’s needs. For individual intervention, we recommend at least 3 hours per week; for parent consultations, 2 hours per week. We’ll set up a specific plan together.
Can I participate in therapy as a parent?
Yes, we actively encourage it. Parents are key partners for us. In most services, we teach you how to work with your child at home so progress continues outside the center.
